Last week, The White Knight Fund hosted an exclusive long-table whiskey and bourbon tasting at our Richardson Street offices, bringing together industry peers for an evening of US whiskey and bourbon, great company, and engaging discussions.
Guiding us through this tasting experience was none other than our Chairman, Mel Ashton, who stepped in at the last minute. Mel introduced a selection of premium American whiskies and bourbons for contrast and comparison. A special thanks to Tobias from Boobook Bottles & Bar for curating such a fantastic experience.
